Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM [CONFIRM]. We will send your villa access details, including gate and door codes, by message before you arrive. If you are running early or arriving late, just message our team and we will do our best to sort you out, no stress.

Quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, so please keep noise down for the neighbours. Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas of the villa. Pets are not permitted unless agreed with our team in advance [CONFIRM]. The pool has no lifeguard, so please supervise children at all times and avoid diving in shallow areas.

We can arrange a private airport transfer for you on request. Pricing and booking are confirmed directly with our team before your trip. The drive from the airport to Legian usually takes around 30 to 45 minutes [CONFIRM], depending on traffic.

Our housekeeping team tidies the villa daily during your stay [CONFIRM]. Need extra towels, pillows or supplies? Just send us a message and we will bring them over. If anything needs fixing during your stay, contact our team straight away and we will get someone out to help.

The nearest supermarket and pharmacy are both a short walk from most of our Legian villas [CONFIRM]. There is an ATM close by too. For a good coffee or breakfast, we recommend the local cafés just a few minutes' walk away, ask our team for our current favourites.
